Download page doesn't have a download link

I've gone to: http://www.adobe.com/products/digitaleditions/#download

The download button on the page just jumps to the bottom of the page. But there is no other link to download Digital Editions.

The download just never starts.

Thanks,

- Jesse

Can you give us some more info, OS, type of machine, browser version, flash version, etc.? We are not seeing that, but would like to understand the problem. Thanks.

Did you resolve this issue? When you say "there is no download link there", do you mean on the page
http://www.adobe.com/products/digitaleditions/
You do not see the text "Download now" below "Next Steps" on the right?

Ric,
Download Now jumps you to the #Download anchor on the page... it doesn't actually download anything.

For information, here is what happens when I try it (Safari, Mac OS
X.5)

Download now link takes me to #download, the sectrion "Download now".
This doesn't download anything.

It says "To get started .... or you can directly download ... by
clicking the Install Adobe Digital editions button at the right". I do
not see any such button.

To the right of this text is a rather baffling graphic which seems to
be a screen shot of the product, with "System requirements" overlaid
on it. (It's actually in Flash).

Clicking on it takes me to a help page - no download. However, among
the "known issues" buried deep down this page it does say "Mac OS X
v10.5 is not presently supported".

NEXT, trying it on a Windows XP system with a secure browser setup,
the graphic is missing, and it says I have to install Flash. Well, I
don't do that on this secure system.

NOW, trying it on regular Windows XP, it's the same as on the Mac
except that when I click on the baffling graphic, it changes to a
prompt. "Adobe Digital Editions... Would you like to continue
installing..."

Has anyone discovered how to download the free sample books to Digital Editions? We are nicely invited to, but it does not seem possible!
I cannot see how to get Help from adobe Digital Editions either.
What is the point of the site if it oenst do anything?
I use Windows XP on a laptop.

If you go to this URL

http://www.adobe.com/products/digitaleditions/library/

There should be buttons by each book which are labeled "Read". SImply click on the button. If you don't have DE installed, the buttons will say "Install and Read".
