Cross-reference ranges

Would like the ability to insert and manage cross reference ranges, perhaps using a marker pair. The pair could consist of a begin and an end marker, each of which would use a standard xref format. The intent is to insert, manage, and delete the two as a pair, as if they were one.

Range types might include, for example:

- table of any length
- row range within a single table
- paragraph begin/spot end
- paragraph begin, paragraph end
- spot to spot

If this is ever considered, I am happy to offer further, more detailed suggestions.

Best regards,
Elchanan
