Hi,
Is it possible to report on individual user actions using the robohelp server?
I would like to pass a unique identifier to robohelp that would act as a key that I could use to tie to other systems e.g. our CRM system. Ideally I could get at transactional level data that is timestamped.

I doubt that this is possible out of the box with robohelp and haven't seen it in any of the online documentation but thought that I would ask here.

Hi simon_austin and welcome to the RH community. This can not be done out of the box. The RH Server reports are not designed to sort the data by individual users. This would have to be done with some in-house solution.
