Quizzes Messed Up on Publishing

When I publish a presentation with a quiz, the question slides have a green overlay box that covers most of the screen. This box appears when I mouse over it. It's a hotspot, but it doesn't do anything when you click it. You also cannot select an answer the question, because the hotspot is on top of the responses. Go to http://learn.cbil.org/quizexample to see what I mean

I manually edited the feedback boxes and the look of the submit/clear buttons. What a PAIN! Could this be a factor? How do I fix?? Even when I put one question in a completely new presentation, this green box appeared.

Also, what's the deal with the quiz buttons not lining up with the response text?
Thanks
Lisa

Hey Lisa,

I realize that this post was from last December, but it looks like you haven't come up with any resolution to this problem.

I'd be willing to try to troubleshoot the file...would you be comfortable sending me a sample ppt deck for me to tear down?
