what does this error mean and how to fix it:



"An error occurred creating the form (task

207, form 0), (ALC-WKS-007-040)"



This happened when I tried to display the form at the 2nd (and subsequent) User task. The form was displayed fine at the first User task.

Usually the *-040 error is a problem with rendering the form. Are you using the same xfaForm variable for the subsequent user operations (under Form Data Mapping)?
