All - I have a requirement to handle the managing of queues outside of Workspace. My initial thought is to write an application that would subscribe to the events that the LiveCycle server is firing when tasks are assigned, routed, completed etc (thinking either Java or Flex), and then having that application broker those events to my new front end (.Net application via Web Services)
Has anybody tried doing anything like this, or have any comments on this approach, or have thoughts on a different approach?
