"Please install a web browser" error message

Hi all,

I'm getting the following error message when I try to generate a FlashHelp or a WebHelp :
"Please install a web browser (Internet Explorer or Netscape)..."

Has anyone ever come through this message before ?
I can't figure out why I'm getting this error... my IE browser is working just fine...

I tried to install Netscape and Firefox to fix the problem, but it didn't work.

Can anyone help me ?
