UPDATE: When we try to record a demo with Captivate Two in this web application, we get the following error message:

Note: We don't get it when we use the application when not recording or when we record with Captivate One.

The message:

ieexplore.exe--Application Error

The instruction at "0x7ddefbd5" referenced memory at "0x00000000". The memory could not be "read".

Hi RedGloves

Ummm, wanna try that again? First you said you get this error when recording using Captivate One. Then later you say you don't get it when recording using Captivate One?

The only thing that comes to mind is that you are trying to record Internet Explorer? Possibly turn off any specially added toolbars? Things like Google Toolbar or any others that are using external DLLS. Maybe you have a conflict between Captivate and one of the .DLLS.

Cheers... Rick
