cffile problem

Hi
I'm having problems with cffile running on a cfmx7 developer addition. It throws the following error:
"The form field "C:\CFusionMX7\runtime\servers\coldfusion\SERVER-INF\temp\wwwroot-tmp\neotmp7859.tmp" did not contain a file."

I've attached the form and cffile code. Any suggestions appreciated!

oops, was being an idiot. need to hardcode the file field name!
