1. Re: Adobe now providing RSS Feeds to Top Issues
Ann Shelbourne Oct 12, 2005 8:24 AM (in response to LenHewitt)That's a most useful addition.
I have added the links to both RSS Feeds to my Bridge / RSS Reader panel. -

Ramón G Castañeda Dec 4, 2005 6:03 AM (in response to LenHewitt)Ann,
I scratched my head for some time trying to figure out what your post is all about. Those of us who don't ahve the whole suite have no "Bridge Center" and, therefore, no "RSS Reader Panel" in Bridge". -
3. Re: Adobe now providing RSS Feeds to Top Issues
Ann Shelbourne Dec 4, 2005 10:41 AM (in response to LenHewitt)I believe that there are a number of features of Bridge that are only available when you have more of the Suite than just Photoshop.
Bridge Center and its contents is one of them.
That would make sense because Bridge Center is really designed to provide links between the various applications that are part of the CS2 Suite.
Bridge Center provides numerous tools: Synchronized Color Management, Version Cue project index (I don't personally use VC at this time); Tips & Tricks and "Help" tabs; the RSS Reader; and Management/Indexing and hot link application launching for recent Files, Folders, and File Groups (files from different applications that are used in a particular job). -

Ramón G Castañeda Dec 4, 2005 8:09 PM (in response to LenHewitt)Ann,
Well, I only have Photoshop CS2 and Acrobat Standard (not Pro) as far as current suite applications. I'm at version 2.0.2 in InDesign and at version 9.0.2 in Illustrator. No Bridge Center available to me. :/ -
5. Re: Adobe now providing RSS Feeds to Top Issues
Ann Shelbourne Dec 4, 2005 8:25 PM (in response to LenHewitt)Yep that's how it seems to be.
I don't know how much of the "Suite" you have to have to get a Bridge Center. -
6. Re: Adobe now providing RSS Feeds to Top Issues
Steve Werner Dec 7, 2005 6:00 PM (in response to LenHewitt)There are three features which are only available in Bridge when you have purchased (or upgraded to) Adobe Creative Suite 2:
(1) Bridge Center
(2) Creative Suite Color Settings (Edit menu) which automatically synchronizes color management settings between the Suite applications
(3) Workflow Automation scripts--like one which creates a contact sheet in InDesign.
These aren't available if you've bought individual copies of Photoshop, Illustrator, and/or InDesign. -
7. Re: Adobe now providing RSS Feeds to Top Issues
(Matt_Nelson) Jan 20, 2006 11:34 AM (in response to LenHewitt)WOw. I have everything except GoLive at newest revision, but didn't buy them all together. Can't beleive you have to buy them all together to get those features, especially when buying them seperately costs more. -

9. Re: Adobe now providing RSS Feeds to Top Issues
(Mike_Atallah) Nov 29, 2007 10:22 PM (in response to LenHewitt)Is anyone having problems with Photoshop CS3 through MAC OS X Leopard?
Some of my tools are going nuts when i have them over an image. Blinking and completely disabled.
Any solidarity out there? -
10. Re: Adobe now providing RSS Feeds to Top Issues
Ramón G Castañeda Nov 29, 2007 11:42 PM (in response to LenHewitt)Mike,
You have posted in a thread that has absolutely nothing to do with your issue. Not very kosher. :/
Yes, lots of folks are having all kinds of issues with Leopard. Just look at existing threads here. (You should ALWAYS do that before posting.)
You'll just have to wait for Apple's updates, one by one. It's the price you pay for jumping in into a new OS at such an early stage.
Unless you have a brand new machine with Leopard installed and with Leopard installed, you can revert to Tiger through an Archive and Install with your Tiger disks. -

(Mike_Atallah) Nov 30, 2007 12:54 PM (in response to LenHewitt)Sorry about that.... I didn't mean to be un-kosher. I'm new to this.
No harm intended.
Thanks for pointing that out -

Buko. Nov 30, 2007 1:24 PM (in response to LenHewitt)>but i didn't post this thread though.
That is correct.
Len a forum host posted this thread letting everyone know about Adobe's RSS feeds. The thread is about RSS feeds. You have posted a question about Photoshop and Apples new OS. This Question has nothing to do with RSS feeds.
What you need to do is look at some of the other threads with titles that sound like your problem and see if if your question is all ready answered.
If you don't find an answer post in a thread which is about similar or identical problem or post your own thread about this issue.
