Help! Help! Help!

I am a novice user. I open translated .htm files on the RoboHelp main screen and use the Eyeglasses (View) icon on the toolbar to view the .htm file. I check popups and links in this view mode. All of a sudden, when I click on the Eyeglasses icon, nothing happens. I also tried selecting this function from the View menu....nothing. Does anyone know what might be going on? Is there a setting in RoboHelp that disables this feature???

Please help if you can....I need this feature. I guess I can reinstall RoboHelp (X5) and hope it fixes this, if I have to.
Thanks in advance for anything you can do.

Hi Peter,

Thank you so much for your response. No, it wasn't that simple, but I did search around on this website and found a topic discussing this very issue. I had our IT people change the Windows Registry settings and it works now! Thanks for your response though, I appreciate it.

Do you know if compiling a foriegn language help project using a computer with an English Windows Operating System will cause any problems? I thought I read somewhere that you had to have the same language operating system...
