schlossd Apr 6, 2010 1:10 AM (in response to schlossd)Still working on this. I reinstalled CS3, made sure all the updates were there. And found that it only happens on the HP workstation we use for photos. The other PC's and MACs do not have this issue. I took the plugin for lighting effects off one of the other PC's and replaced it on the bad HP...no change. Here is what it looks like. It prints this way and I can clone over the lines. CPU??

I_Am_Cdn Apr 7, 2010 10:36 AM (in response to schlossd)I am also having this same problem.
It started with my new computer I bought last year, and I never had the problem on any other system. The problem has followed me from 32bit XP to my current 64bit Windows 7.
I get the impression that it is likely a video card issue, but I haven't been able to figure out what with the video card may be causing the problem. I am currently using a nvidia 9600, but I am strongly considering buying a new video card just to fix this problem.
What video card are you using?
