Drop down hotspot

I use drop down hotspots in my project and I am having trouble formatting them. I have used Format->Styles to change the appearance of the hotspot but I can't find where to change the behaviour when the hotspot is clicked on. At present, when it is clicked on, the hotspot text becomes larger and a different colour which is not what I want.
I assumed it would be in Format->Styles->Modify->Format->DHTML Effects but nothing is selected.

Should I be looking elsewhere? I can't find anything else on it in the RH help.

Did you try changing the Drop-down Hotspot and Drop-down Text styles in your style sheet?
I spent some time fiddling around with these and with the hyperlink styles, though I think the hyperlink styles might take precendence over these two styles.

Thanks Maura, yes I have played about with these. I think my problem is this: RH doesn't seem to distinguish between links that are normal hyperlinks and links that are drop down hotspots, even though you can set the style for how dropdowns appear separately. My normal links are blue but my dropdowns are green. When a dropdown is clicked, it turns blue until the user clicks elsewhere. I don't really want this to happen but it's not the end of the world so I think I'll have to put up with it.

All very confusing!

Look in Snippets on my site. I'm sure there is something there. If not post back, bit busy at the moment.

Thanks Peter, there is something in there about making sure you have separate stylesheet entries for 'plain' and 'fancy' links which I suspect is relevant to me but I'm afraid I haven't come across these terms before.

Try Snippet 35 instead. That's the one you want.
