how to execute coldfusion file automatically

Hello,

I want Coldfusion to execute a .cfm-file automatically, for example once each week. (Like a cronjob)
This way, I could send an dynamically created e-mail to inform the staff about their tasks that are stored in the database
Does someone know how to solve this problem?
