Robohelp Help does not display

I am clicking on the Help link to bring up RoboHelp's help system so I can look up something, and it won't display. Nothing happens. Any ideas on what is wrong?

Hi KP

The airplane crashed. Click Tools > Options > General tab and enable the offline help.

It seems as though there would have been a notice sent out to licensed users about the discontinuation of the online Help.

I guess there was a disclaimer in the fine print of the license?
