JRun suddenly no response with external web server Apache on Linux platform

    kennywu Community Member
We have setup jrun and external web server apache on Linux platform successfully and running smoothly.

But one day, jrun seems has no response, apache have 404 and 503 error. Restart jrun solves the problem and back to normal.

Similar problem is occurred in Feb 11.

          Restarting JRun solves the problem.

Does anyone has idea on this problem?

Similar problem occurs in Feb 11, 18, 23 and 26.

            1. Is it related to loading?
            2. Any action can be done (e.g. turn on debug log, metrics) to help to find the root cause?
            3. Currently it is using Updater 5 (build 92909). Will upgrading to Updater 6 (Build 106363) help? Any other hot fixes are needed?

            Apache version using: 2.0.54

            Thanks.
