1. Re: Relinking
JSS1138 Dec 21, 2008 8:11 AM (in response to bojesen)When you open the project on the new computer, it'll ask you for one of the clips. It will then find the rest of the clips in that same folder. Only if clips are stored in different folders will it ask for more, in which case it will ask one per folder, and automatically find whatever else is in the same folder. -

bojesen Dec 21, 2008 8:18 AM (in response to bojesen)Thank you for reply, however it will ask for each and every one. Might problem be that the imported material (from Sony EX3) is stored in folders and each individual mp4 file is inside its own separate folder? -

Phil Griffith Dec 21, 2008 8:43 AM (in response to bojesen)I would think that since each clip is inside its on folder, that it would ask for each one. -
5. Re: Relinking
bojesen Dec 21, 2008 10:02 AM (in response to bojesen)In previous topic "All my clips are offline how can I link them easily" Jeff Bellune asks "are these XD CAM EX" files by any chance?". YES - do you - or anyone know if there is way to batch relink these although each clip is in a separate folder? I apologize for not having mentioned the file type in topic but would welcome assistance. -

Jeff Bellune Dec 21, 2008 11:57 AM (in response to bojesen)Pr CS4 will not batch relink the clips. For XDCAM EX clips, they must be relinked one-by-one. Please put in a Feature Request to have this behavior changed. -
