I use Shampoo Startup Tuner, and there is an entry in the "run once" section that lists "Uninstall getPlus(R) for Adobe", and as soon as I clear the check mark and close the program, when I reopen it, there is an added entry just like it and it has a check mark in it.
So something is monitoring the registry entry, and when it is deleted or changed, it changes is back. I don't know what that process is or how to find it.
What I would try in your situation is a repair install of your Adobe Reader version. From Add/Remove Programs select Adobe Reader, then click on change. From here run a repair install, then reboot. This may - hopefully - clear the situation (by running getPlus once).
P.S. before you reboot, make a backup of that folder C:\Program Files\NOS
