Mylenium Jul 22, 2008 9:42 PM (in response to (Nic_Coe))Effect --> Time --> Posterize Time should sufficiently take care of stuttery time remapping. You may just need to pre-compose. Other than that there is a similar method for expressions:
//===begin expression===
posterizeTime(5); //5fps
[value[0],value[1]]
//===end expression===

Frequency = fps/step (ie 29.97/5).
Magnitude = 0.
Then select all the keys and change to hold.
