Neil Wilkes Mar 20, 2009 5:53 AM (in response to Bingo888)Is this in preview or on a real disc please?
If in preview, what happens if you actually write to a disc?
(An RW would be the best option here) -

Bill Hunt Mar 20, 2009 7:16 AM (in response to Bingo888)Also, check that you do not have any Loop Points set.
As Neil points out, Preview/Emulation is just an *approximation* of what the DVD will be like. It is OK for minor checks, but doesn't get everything right.
Good luck,

panos pan Mar 27, 2009 4:47 PM (in response to Bingo888)Hi all.I have also a lot of problems in motions preview(the video that i use for motion menu does not freeze in the last frame ,and i can see black or red for 2 sec before it loops back again, the preview is very bad and if you try to press a button it freeze and the audio starts from zero point again ,i dont have video export thru 1394,).IF i burn it to disk everythig works perfect but how can you bild a project ..with no preview!!!!I updated from encore 2 in cs4 and takes more time to do the same job.. I use new Pc in 64 bit vista with 12g ram ,1g ati 4800,p6t and i7 920 cpu. -
4. Re: Sound in motion menu
Bill Hunt Apr 6, 2009 10:56 AM (in response to panos pan)This is a known issue with the use of Preview. One needs to Burn to Folder, as you are doing, or Burn a DVD RW to test. It's one of the things that one gets used to. Do not know what the exact cause of this is n Preview, but it's been around long enough, that if it were an easy fix, Adobe would have nailed it by now. Do not know if it happened back in Encore 1 (wasn't that the last ver. to use DirectShow?), but from Encore2, it's been there. Nature of the "beast."
Good luck,
Hunt
