When trying to reinstall 9.1 (which I presume is X5) we were trying to match up the correct version of Word.  After putting in release 9 of Word, RoboHelp said during the install that we needed version 10.  Installed V10 (Word 2002 10.2627.2625) and tried to open an existing project (.hpj) and got the message "You need a newer version of RoboHelp to use the version of MS Word located at 'C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office 10\WINWORD.EXE'"  Any suggestions would be appreciated

Hi there

Nope, 9.1 is really version 9.

After 9.1 there was...

9.2

2002 (version 10)

X3 (Version 11)

X4.1 (Version 12)

X5 (Version 13)

6 (Adobe Branded version)

According to my RoboHelp 9.1 help file:

====> Snip <====

The Document Wizard supports Microsoft Word 95, Word 97, and Word 2000.

====> End Snip <====

Hopefully this helps... Rick

Your information about the versions prompted me to further investigate and I found we indeed possessed an X5 (in addition to 9.0 and 9.1) installation disk.  I downloaded a couple fixes after installing and I'm up and running again.

Many Thanks!
