this is the scenario. We want to create some simple animations in Flash. because there is audio syncted with the animations, the animations need to have captions as well. so we want to create the animations to look like video with captions. When importing sfw videos into captivate, there is an option to add the video playbar. we want to have that as well for the animations so users can start and pause the animations.
so, can we create the animation in flash and import into captivate as a flash video? what would be the issues? what is the alternative?
thanks

Hi there
The simple answer to the question in the subject header is that a Flash Animation is another .SWF file you insert into a Captivate slide.
A Flash Video is a video file formatted and saved with a .FLV file extension.
If you click Insert > Flash Video in Captivate, you will be expecting to find a FLV file.
Does this help? Hopefully it does.
Sincerely... Rick
