Curt Y Apr 20, 2009 1:50 PM (in response to Weath72)Did this progam work before, or is it a new installation? If new did you get it from Adobe or a 3rd party? EBay has lots of counterfiet copies that will not install, or if intalled will not work properly.

Weath72 Apr 20, 2009 2:03 PM (in response to Curt Y)I presume it's a genuine copy as it was purchased from Amazon.co.uk (Amazon itself - not a re-seller)
It's a new installation on a new i7 PC system.
I've been using Photoshop sparingly over the last few weeks since installation (house move) ...it's only now that I've come to do some stuff in Bridge that I've noticed the problems.

Curt Y Apr 20, 2009 2:10 PM (in response to Weath72)You can call Adobe and give them the serial number and they will tell you if it is legit or not. Rather than beating your brains out, good place to start.
I also believe Adobe give free advice on installation problems.
