It will open a PM5 file and you should be able to save it as *.PMD for opening in InDesign.
You are likely to encounter missing fonts (which affects the composition but can be substituted) and missing images - I hope you can find them.

Problem solved. Everything worked great (some minor text issues, no biggie) Just the solution I was looking for.

Buko. Apr 24, 2009 3:39 PM (in response to MonacoSF)Be sure to open all the PM5 files you need before the 30day trial runs out. or you can upgrade to PM 7 for $79 if you will be needing to do this very much.
