So I have this ad for a leaderboard spot: 728x90. The dimensions of the FLA is 728x90 (as defined by the document settings). And yet the advertiser is saying that the produced SWF file is the wrong dimension.
There are elements in the ad that animate their way off of the stage, might that be the issue? That is the only thing I can think of but I've never had this problem before because usually a given advertiser's embed code takes care of snapping the file to the correct size and deals with any overflow.
If that is indeed the issue, is there a way to produce SWF files that automatically delete or somehow mask any art that travels off the stage? Or might there be a reason why the art (one piece is a bitmap, one is a vector) might bust past the borders and cause problems?
I'm at a bit of a loss as to how to proceed, so any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
TIA!
Richard
Disregard, turns out it was the advertiser's mistake... Phew!
