Greetings,

Using RoboHelp 7, which will contain two TOC and two indicies, based on the user application role. The project name must remain the same.

Is it possible to rename thr default TOC and index, without renaming thr project?

Thanks,

Renaming the project always renames the associated project files which includes the default TOC and Index files. Doesn't RH7 allow multiple TOCS and Indexes to be used? I don't have acces to it and can't check. If it does, you could use this feature to create two different outputs that could be used according to the user roles.

Read the RoboColum(n) for mutterings on RoboHelp, Technical Communication Suite and technical communication.

I agree with the last post. Simply create another TOC and Index within the project.
