I followed the suggestion of importing a word document into a separate project to alleviate the issue of possibly corrupting my live project.  Now that I've made the appropriate formatting changes how do I import the topic into my live project?

Are you looking at the right location? Where is the project with your topic to be imported? If you look in that directory you should find the HTM file to be imported.

BTW when you mention "My RoboHelp Projects" is that inside your "My Documents" folder? If so, and you are in a corporate environment you should be aware that that location may be networked. If that is the case you'd be advised not to use it. Check out this post for further details.

That last comment jogged my memory.  I saved the file on my C drive so I was able to find it from there.  I really appreciate all the help you have given me and also the quick responses to my posts! 🙂
