PowerPoint to Captivate 3 animation missing

I converted a Ppt to Captivate and selected the option for animation.  The only animation that did not convert was 'transparencies' from ppt.  Did I do something wrong or might this be a known issue?

I could not understand what you meant when you said :

Can you tell what exactly is your workflow.

As one group appears on the ppt slide the previous group fades to 50%

transparency and remains transparent until the end of the slide.
