Can anyone shed any light as to what the standard or optimum sound settings would be for narrating projects. This are delivered via the web. I am currently using Near CD (96bps) and 44.100 for encoding frequency. It works okay but was wondering if there any best practices or words of wisdom anybody would like to share.
