OK, I am new at this. I have a small real estate company with 5 agents. Ideally, I would like to have an intro screen asking for key data specific to a form and then have it populate throughout the form. For example, an agent's contact information so it drops in all the key spots and they can just hit the print button. This way they wouldn't have to type every field nor would I have to create a version specific to every agent. Also, for client transactions, it would drop their names in the key form locations that I designate without having to re-type every location. Is there a way to do this, or as a fallback, to have other form locations simply reflect the data in the first linked one?
