You want me to build the applilcation for you?

If you know Flex then you can easily create the front end. I provided the link to a site implementing the FTP functionality.

What is it that I can help you with? Are you having specific problems building the app?

Warning for anyone who looks at this. The thread is misnamed. The implementation is for an FTP client. It is not for an FTP server!
