Workbench on Vista 32bit

I am having an issue with workbench process editor. The process editor seems black with no POOL tab. Anyone has a workaround for this issue?

Here is the workbench version info:

Adobe LiveCycle Workbench ES

Version: 8.2.1

It works after applying service pack (lces82_service_pack_2_workbench.zip) ...
