When I try to open RoboHelp 7 HTML, I receive the following message:

Runtime Error!

Program:...ogram Files\Adobe\Adobe Robohelp 7\RoboHTML\RoboHTML.exe

This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way. Please contact the application's support team for more information.

I've tried uninstall/reinstall, but to no avail. It's installed on Vista, if that makes any difference. Please help!! Thanks!!

Vista should not be the issue. I have it on two Vista machines without problems. Did you have admin rights when you installed? That is important.

Does this occur if you just open RH or is it with a specific project?

Take a look at Using RH7 on my site. There is a link to an article on Adobe's site about troubleshooting installation issues.

Yes, I have admin rights. It occurs when I attempt to open RH. Are there any known software incompatibility issues? RH 7 has worked on this laptop before - I'm trying to determine whether any new software might be the problem.

Thanks!

In another thread on Run Time, one poster has asked "Did anyone install an application called "Classic Menu For Office" from a company called Addintools?"

Regard anything Word related as a possible cause.

Do try the troubleshooter, it is pretty exhaustive.
