Missing chapter when generated

Hi there, I'm using RB 5 (yes I know ... don't have a choice), the RoboHelp HTML part, and when I generated the Help file, I have chapter missing in my TOC.

Everything show up fine in RB but some are missing from the generated product.

I've been tearing my hair out for the part few days and would appreciated any help.

I've been able to rename some of the missing chapter and that works. Those now show up. But some of them, just won't budge.

Hi there

You probably have Conditional Build Tags in use and don't realize it.

Check the Single Source Layout properties and see if you are using a Build Expression.

I checked the Build Expression is set to [None] (see attached file)

Anything else I can check ?
