Tween button removed from Properties panel in CS4

In Flash CS4 the TWEEN button was removed from the Properties panel.
As a result all the symbol based animation workflow is simply IMPOSSIBLE!!!!
Not only that now I need to go to the Menu, then click the Insert Classic Tween command, but the most important bug is that it creates a Tween with the SYNC option on by default!!! Every Flash animator, that uses nested graphic symbols, knows exactly what it means - all the timeline RESETS TO THE SETTINGS OF THE FIRST KEYFRAME!!! So I loose ALL the individual frame settings of all the symbols on all the keyframes on the whole timeline, where the Tween aplies.
Great! :( One more of a 100 reasons to go back to CS3...
      This must be fixed!

          ?

          1. I am a flash animator that uses nested graphic symbols, and I have no idea what you are talking about.

          2. I have had no problems with tweening in CS4 at all. I actually prefer the new tweening methods to the old, but even when doing a classic tween, I simply right-click/classic tween. I have not yet lost any settings.

What?! It doesn't create a Synced tween for you? Are you a MAC or PC, maybe it is only a MAC problem or something?
Do this: take a symbol with some animation inside it, create a couple of keyframes on a timeline, and set their properties to different frame settings: set one keyframe to 'single frame', another one to 'play once', and another one to 'loop', with different frame numbers. Now tween all the keyframes - tell me what happened.
