Howdy everyone.
My captivate 3 projects use the company's loading logo.
The problem: the company's logo is animated, and the Captivate 3 loading screen doesn't seem to allow for an animated loading screen. A static image of the company logo is displayed instead. This tends to give the impression that a loading project has frozen, and it aggrivates our clients. Does anyone know how to display the entire aniamted logo?
Hi,
Try this if it can help you in adding your company's animated Logo.
Open a small project (100 PX by 100 PX) and follow Insert> Animation.
Select the Animated company Logo. The Animation is added on stage.
For better results you can loop the animation from ( Animation Properties, Options Tab -Select Loop animation) - This is optional
Edit> Preferences > Start and End - Deselect "Loading Screen".
Also follow Project> Skin and Uncheck both "Playback control" and "Borders".
Publish the project t

I think you probably need the logo as a SWF.
If you check out the help file and search for "loading screen" it tells you about the sample files you can use to create your own SWF.
However, it wasn't much help to me.

Publish the project to Flash (swf). Now a small Swf of your Logo is available.
In your project, under Loading screen options select the Swf created. Now the Loading screen can play your Company's Animated Logo.

Just one more step should be added here: set the Transition of the looped logo to "No Transition". Your post helped a whole lot and won me a lot of style points with my boss.
