Recording goes wrong every time

When I record Lotus Notes or iNotes the Demo module needs snagging which I do but the Training and Assessment modules have graphics missing, slides missing and I can't fix the problems. I have found no one else that is getting these issues so please help me if you can as I can only produce Demos.

I am not sure what is happening here, but could you try recording an assessment and then training individually and see if this is recorded correctly. If it is then the issue can be isolated to the grouped recording mode can be confirmed as the problem.
