Is There a server to store acrobat collaborative documents on?

    suzzie12 Community Member

      have acrobat 9 on XP.

Is there a server or space I can rent (if I have to)...to be able to collaborate on a document with 5 people.  I want all 5 people to be able to comment on a common shared document and to see eachothers comments to the same question.  This does not have to be real-time.

I may also want to send out survey forms to 20 individuals and have them e-mail the responses back to me.  I want to be able to collect the data and see all the comments from everybody on question 1,2,3 etc.  How would I be able to do that?  We are teachers and we want to survey and collect comments from other teachers on cirruculum questions.

      Thanks

          Thank you for your post!

Buzzword on Acrobat.com would serve perfectly for the collaboration portion of your needs. You can import the file into Buzzword and then invite people as co-authors to make changes and comment on the document. Because your documents are always available online, Buzzword is especially good for publishing and enabling collaboration between colleagues and students, for peer-editing, editorial review, teacher-student exchanges and group efforts.  I encourage you to read more about Buzzword.

In regards to the second portion of you question, you will need to use the desktop version of Acrobat to create a fillable form. Please post your inquiry in the Acrobat forums to get help with this function in Acrobat.

Let me know if you have any additional questions about Buzzword!

          Best,
