Can't open TOC in project manager

I am using RH7 and I was importing updates to my topics. I was working on the TOC also. I generated my output and had exited the project but when I came back in later I can't open the TOC now. I double click and nothing happens. I right click and select "Edit" and nothing happens. Anyone have any advice?

Hi there

Perhaps try clicking File > Load Default Environment?

Then try opening the TOC.

Maybe something went awry with the TOC editor placement.
