Hi, I'm trying to import a number of PDF files that I'll then link to within my help file. I keep getting an error that Robohelp is unable to import them due to the file being an "unsupported file type, or the file is corrupted." I don't see how they can be corrupt when I created them just minutes before and they open fine. Any help would be appreciated! Thanks in advance.

If you see the Baggage Files pseudo folder, right-click it. If you don't see the Baggage Files pseudo folder, right-click the Project Files pseudo folder.

Hi there
We need to clarify exactly what you are attempting to do.
And how exactly are you attempting to "import" the PDF(s)?

Ok, let's see...
I'm using Robohelp 8. What I did was, exported my help file to multiple word documents where I reformatted them. I then right clicked on the saved word document and selected "convert to PDF". What I'd like to do is, import these back into my Robohelp project so I can add links in my help file where users can download and print if they wish.

After you get them added as Baggage, you are able to link to them.
