FTP Put Component - How to create remote directory

Hello,

I'm using LC ES Process Manager 8.2.1 and I'm trying to put files using FTP in a new remote directory.

If I set the remote path to a non existing folder, the operation is crashing.

I don't have found any solution to create remote folders.

Do somebody know a way to achieve that?

Couple of things you might want to check is

1) Does your username has the required permissions to create a new directory.

2) Are you using the correct username/password combination.

Make sure you paste the error you are getting.

My problem is mare that I don't have found any way in the FTP component component to create remote folders.

I have tried to set the initial folder property, but the component is assuming that the entered path must exist.

I also tried to put a path into the filename field but without success.

Do you know if it's a way to create a remote directory or, in a  more way, to put directly a file in a new directory?

As temporary solution, we have created a custom component to achieve that and it works, but that should be possible with standard components...

Ok. If the custom component works then its got something to do with the ftp component setup you are doing.

Can you paste me the screenshot of the ftp component properties ?

Also the error message would help isoloating the issue.
