I have three conditional tags in my project: e.g. A, B & C.. Some text has two tags. I defined the A layout as all excluding B &C. However, that also excludes the text that have both A & B tags. How do I show the A text that is also tagged B?

Exclude B and C does not mean exclude the text if both conditions have been applied, it means exclude it if either has been applied.
The build expression is saying "I will exclude any text that is tagged B and / or any text that is tagged C".
Text marked A and B will be excluded because of B.
You will need to rethink your tags to allow for that logic.

hi, use Advanced Expressions, then you can define the tags you want rather than exclude the ones you don't. (Click the Define button to use the Advanced Expressions)

Hi there
Keep in mind that if you go that route, you need to ensure ALL content is tagged. Anything untagged is always included.
