Phillip Jones Jul 13, 2009 6:03 AM (in response to Plstsn)Reopen your form in Acrobat.
Go to Advanced Menu > Extend Feature in Reader (Acrobat 9 might be labelled different in 8)
Note: This is only allowed for the first 500 hits. Allows Reader 7,8,9 to fill out and Save for emailing or other purposes.
If you need more than 500 instances look into using on a PC and hooking up with Adobe LiveCycle. Note: this is a Very, very, pricey solution. And its PC only.

Plstsn Jul 13, 2009 6:19 AM (in response to Phillip Jones)Thanks Phillip - You've saved my day
Just to be sure, does this mean that I can use this feature for no more than 500 times, and then the feature expires, so to say?
Maybe I should look towards LiveCycle, as I'm running Parallels Desktop, WindowsXP on my Mac, so You could say that I own a PC!
If you're not tired of acting oracle:
Do You know if I have to buy a full version or an upgrade, now that I allready have the Acrobat Professional for Mac?
Thanks very much for posting the reply, it was really helpfull.
Torben.

You need to slightly modify your answer to make sure to add:
It doesn't mean use 500 times period. It means per each unique pdf.
Example you create form and give rights. you can use only the first 500 returns of that pdf.
Then next week you create a completely different form you again have 500 instances.
However, if you edit a form to correct for mispelling that counts as part of the 500 of the original pdf.
