Client email Acrobat form to staff which we receive and collate?

A client would like to distribute an acrobat form (not livecycle) which we have created but,  have our facility collect (FDF) and collate the information our side. There are not many respondants so we would just allocate one of our PC's to handle it.

The form's submit button would obviously have an email address which we have allocated.

If so are there any issues we need to look out for?

We are using Acrobat 9 Pro on Windows XP platform.

      Many thanks

If you have a select group of folks for which you may be able to control the email clients for, then your solution is viable. The problem is that email submission generally requires MAPI to be active and it uses the MAPI client (there may be a change with AA9, I am not sure - check the manual). If it works for all the folks, you are in good shape and it may be that you just need to try a sample form to see the result. Bill
