CF Builder install has broken FB4

I had FB4 Beta installed and installed the CFBuilder as a plugin (not sure of the "eclipse directory to use" but I guessed:  C:\Program Files\Adobe\Flash Builder Beta)   and now Gumbo reports that:

An error has occurred.  See the log file C:Documents and Settings\ . . . .\.metadata\.log

I looked at the log but unfortunately I am lost . . .  thanks in advance

Does changing settings help you? Can you also attach or paste errors from log that can help understand this issue?
