Project Renaming Questions

I am attempting to rename a project before it is published to our intranet server to reflect the changes that my boss has requested over the development of said project.

I have renamed the project via selecting File > Rename Project and this has renamed a number of the files but when I Generate Primary Layout and View Result the tab in the browser along with the header in the top of the browser still reflect the original name for the project.

What do I need to do so that these names match up with the new project name and not the original? Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
