Error when launching Robohelp

Does anyone know what this error means? I get it when launching robohelp right before the program opens.

"Unable to register hhctrl.ocx, itss.dll. If you experience any adverse behavior, please make sure you have sufficient rights and restart the program. You may need to have an administrator run this program once to configure some components." (click OK to continue)

After i click OK RoboHelp opens and appears to be functioning correctly, but i want to make sure this is not a serious error message before i continue working.

Thanks!
