HELP! Extending Features in Adobe Reader w/ Attachment Box

I've created a form (attached) that has an attachment box at the bottom and has encrypted signature fields for designated signers.  The majority of the users of this form only have Adobe Reader.  I am trying to go ahead and add attachments as needed for a form and then convert it to extend to Adobe Reader to send to my signers, but the attachment keeps dropping off.  Please help!

To be able to add attachments you need to Reader Extend the form using LiveCycle Reader Extensions Server. Acrobat does not have that bit in it to allow attachments (it does allow Digital Signing).
