RH8 Can't open topics

I cannot open my topics when I do any of the following:

• double-click on a topic
• click the pencil icon
• righ-click and select "Edit Topic"

The only way I have found to open my topics is to right-click from the topic in the Topic List and select: Edit with > Design View

I am working with RH8 on a local drive.

The same problem happens with all projects on this computer.

On another computer, it works fine.

The part marked in red is the same on my computer. But, the "Use Default Editor" radio button at the bottom was not selected on my computer. I selected it and now it works. Thanks!

The strange thing is that I checked the other computer earlier and it also does not have the "Use Default Editor" radio button selected, but it's working okay.

Anyways, problem solved. Thanks!

Thanks from me too (RH7). My problem was also the incorrect radio button selected.

On other thing I forgot to mention. I uninstalled RoboHelp and reinstalled it, but that didn't help.
