1. Re: Encore DVD 2 Encoding
John T Smith Aug 10, 2009 8:50 AM (in response to GESYMSB)I've never had that problem so, while I remember reading about it, I don't remember the solution
Just as something to try... tell Encore to create an .ISO instead of writing to disc
If that works, use the free Imgburn (Google for a download link... may be www.imgburn.com but don't have a link handy) to burn the disc... at the SLOWEST setting for the best burn quality
Note - when you do get this to work... write the solution to a file and print a copy so you don't forget again

5. Re: Encore DVD 2 Encoding
John T Smith Aug 11, 2009 8:17 AM (in response to GESYMSB)Good that you found your note and fixed the problem... to repeat
Just as something to try... tell Encore to create an .ISO instead of writing to disc
IF your problem had something to do with Encore communicating with the DVD drive, creating an .ISO might have been the solution

Bill Hunt Aug 12, 2009 11:07 AM (in response to GESYMSB)Gesy,
Glad that you got the info.
Now, how is it working for you - that is, as they say, "The $64,000 Question."
Good luck,
Hunt
